How long does activation take?

Usually, your tools will be unlocked within 15 minutes. However, this process can sometimes take up to 48 hours.

In case your tools are not activated within the specified period, don't worry! Feel free to reach out to us for assistance on our Discord server or send us an email to support@trntrading.ai, and we'll be more than happy to help.

How can I access the tools in TradingView?

After your tools have been activated, you can add them to your chart on tradingview.com. Select the menu item "Indicators" and go to "Invite-only scrips" . There you will find the full list of our powerful trading tools.

If you're not yet on TradingView, simply create a free account. Once that's done, return to our website to kick off your free trial.

What are the technical requirements of your indicators?

The technical requirements for the device of a customer buying trading tools as plugins for TradingView can vary based on the complexity of the tools and the specific requirements set by the tool developers. However, here are some general technical requirements for the customer's device:

Do I need the paid version of TradingView?

The paid version of TradingView is not a necessity. Nevertheless, it is important to note that TradingView's free account only allows you to add up to two indicators to your chart at once.

However, if you want to have access to all of our Tools on a single chart without having to add each Tools individually, upgrading to one of TradingView's paid versions may be a good option for you. With the Premium version, you can add multiple indicators to a single chart, which can be advantageous for traders who want to use a comprehensive set of analysis tools without any restrictions.

How can I change my subscription plan?

If you want to upgrade your subscription, first cancel your active subscription. To do this, log into your customer area on our website and select your subscription or use the "View subscription" button in the confirmation email with the title "Your subscription was accepted" that we sent to you after purchase.

Then click on the "Cancel my subscription button" and create a new subscription on our website.

We recommend that you cancel your active subscription at the end of a payment cycle to subscribe to a new bundle, so that you can use your current bundle until the end of the current payment cycle for which you have already paid.

Will there be indicator updates and new tools?

Yes.

We're always looking to improve our indicators and provide traders with the best possible tools to make informed trading decisions. As such, we regularly receive feedback from traders and use it to make updates to our indicators.

Whenever we publish an update to one of our indicators, it will be added automatically to the indicator on your chart. You will receive an alert notifying you of the update. This way, you can be confident that you always have the most up-to-date version of our indicators, which can help you stay ahead of market movements and make informed trades.

What happens if I change my TradingView Username?

If you want to change your TradingView username or email address, please contact us at support@trntrading.ai or send a support ticket at our Discord. We will update our system and you can continue using our tools without limitations.
